Words: Melissa AguiarThe interactive Masonry Career Training website at www.masoncontractors.org now features training programs in 26 states! People interested in starting a career in masonry in these states now have access to multiple programs, along with detailed information, such as tuition cost, meeting times, and employment placement. Not only does this site encourage participation in these training programs, it also shows an industry united behind training its future.

There are training programs in 15 states that are yet to respond with their profile, and 9 states in which we have no training programs whatsoever to work with (Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Michigan, Montana, New Mexico, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Washington). Please visit the site, look up your state, and if there are no programs listed, contact MCAA with information.

If you want to develop your region's workforce, you've got to give them the tools to get trained. This website is a great start!
