Davenport Masonry, Inc. hires John Fletcher

Davenport Masonry, Inc., of Holt, Mich., has hired John Fletcher as its new Restoration Project Manager.
Fletcher has been in the industry for 28 years. A detailed project manager, Fletcher's strengths are in matching mortars, identifying and matching hard-to-match brick and stone, tuckpointing, epoxy and coatings.
With a strong work ethic, Fletcher has worked on the Texas School Book Depository Building in Dallas, the Tremont House in Galveston and Detroit's Fisher Building.
Fletcher traveled through the historic Southwest, working on restoration from 1981 to 1989. He lectured and conducted seminars for the Michigan Preservation Network, while working closely with the Grosse Pointe Historical Society and the International Masonry Institute.
Currently, he coordinates and oversees the organization of the restoration work and sets up the jobs for Davenport Masonry, Inc.
Davenport Masonry, Inc., was founded in 1993 and specializes in new construction, restoration, preservation and building maintenance.
