The meeting was led by facilitator Jean Frankel of Tecker Associates, who assisted the MCAA with the development of its first plan. The Board reviewed decisions that were made five years ago, the progress made toward achieving Association goals and what changes to the plan needed to be made.

"It was rewarding to see the progress and accomplishments the Association has made in five years," said MCAA Executive Director, Michael Adelizzi. "We have gained significant influence in critical association areas since we first developed the plan which is what we set out to achieve."

The Board revised and expanded many areas of the plan, which will be made available for members to review within the next few weeks.
