Masonry Design and Construction Course

The University of Wisconsin-Madison, Department of Engineering Professional Development will offer a course, "Masonry Design and Construction: How to Avoid and Solve Masonry Problems," Jan. 24-25, 2006, in Madison, Wis. This course will benefit architects, engineers, contractors, owners and others involved in masonry design and construction.
Attendees will discuss how to select a masonry system, explore effective details, learn maintenance and repair procedures, review regulatory requirements, explore solutions to masonry problems, and participate in a masonry construction demonstration.
