'The Fact of the Matter' features biweekly updates on the Association.

Keeping members informed of Mason Contractors Association of America's activities has become increasingly difficult due in large part to the over abundance of activities that the Association and staff are involved with on a day by day basis. With that in mind, we launched "The Fact of the Matter", a blog by MCAA Executive Director Michael Adelizzi, featuring biweekly updates on what the Association is doing as well as why the Association is engaged in its numerous programs and activities in support of members.

"There are daily challenges that face both the Association and our members. It's important that our members know what the Association is doing to fight on their behalf," said MCAA Executive Director Michael Adelizzi. "Doing a blog on our website seemed to be a good idea when I was asked to do one. Even though writing two every week can be taxing, it's probably the best way to keep everyone informed on what and why we do what we do."

While the entire industry can read the Executive Director's Blog, only members will have the opportunity to comment and respond. "I hope members will not only read but respond to my blogs. It will be a great way for them to become involved with the association," Adelizzi said.

You can read the The Fact of the Matter online at the Mason Contractors Association of America's website, www.masoncontractors.org.
