Midwest Block & Brick Expands

Words: Dan KamysSt. Louis-based Midwest Block & Brick is developing and constructing a 10,000-square-foot office and warehouse facility in Gray Summit, Mo., scheduled to open in early-April 2008.

The company, a division of Midwest Products Group, is spending more than $2 million for the site acquisition and building development. The facility, located on seven acres of land in Franklin County, will include Midwest Block & Brick's offices and a spacious warehouse, and will feature a deluxe 2,000-square-foot showroom. The facility was designed by HKW Architects.

The new warehouse and showroom were designed to provide products to meet the masonry and landscaping needs of the growing communities in Franklin and West St. Louis counties.
