Sandell Acquires Diedrich Technologies

Sandell Construction Solutions of Schenectady, N.Y., announced the acquisition of Diedrich Technologies, a supplier of professional masonry detergent products for restoring and maintaining old and new buildings.

Diedrich has been in business for more than 30 years, with sales representatives nationwide. Its products are approved by state preservation officers throughout the country and have been specified and used on buildings that appear on the National Register of Historic Places.

With the acquisition of Diedrich Technologies, Sandell encompasses all of the masonry market's needs, from initial construction to maintenance of the building.
