Solomon Colors Acquires Brickform

By

Solomon Colors Inc., a pioneer in innovations of concrete-coloring solutions, announced the acquisition of Brickform, a leader in architectural and decorative concrete, to expand their concrete product lines and distribution channels.

As an employee-owned and family owned company, Solomon Colors has provided service and quality to its customers for over eight decades. As a national leader in dry and liquid concrete pigment and dispensing equipment for the ready-mix, concrete block, and masonry industries, the acquisition of Brickform is a natural next step for Solomon.

Brickform holds similar core values as a family owned company and brings a great deal to the Solomon table. Under a unified umbrella, Solomon Colors now expands its product lines, as well as its distribution channels, to include concrete stains, dry shake color hardeners, antique colored releases, stamp tools, an extensive line of concrete sealers, and other innovative tools for architects and contractors.

President of Solomon Colors Inc. Rich Solomon states, "We believe this acquisition will provide great benefits to Solomon Colors' current customers while adding diversity of products and stability to Brickform's customers."

Since 1927, quality, integrity, and expertise have been synonymous with Solomon Colors. With the acquisition of Brickform, customers can expect nothing less across all new product lines and channels. Notes Robert Freis, president of Brickform, "The owners and employees of Solomon Colors Inc. and their new employees from Brickform will make every effort to provide customers with the high-quality products and services they have come to expect and trust. A strong working relationship is the key to success for all of us."
