The Mason Contractors Association of America has announced a new date and location for the Masonry Quality Institute (MQI) seminar.

The next MQI course will be held March 24-25, 2009 from 8:00 AM — 4:00 PM at:

Morgantown, WV 26505
The MQI will provide you the ability to measure your company’s level of quality. In this 2 day course you will learn to assist masons in evaluating their services, meeting stringent customer expectations, and improving their profitability. You will be leaving this course with knowledge on quality process, detailed implementation of the basic principles of quality, quality processing and team building along with problem solving.

This course is a requirement for National Certification and is worth 16 credits.
