The Mason Contractors Association of America has announced a new Understanding Masonry Codes & Standards seminar taking place April 3, 2009 from 8:00 AM — 12:00 PM at:

The Understanding Masonry Codes & Standards seminar will explain major changes in 2005 Masonry Specification and important changes in the 2006, IBC why they were made and how the changes affect you as a contractor. This course will work through real life examples encountered daily along with the basic masonry design and construction examples that you need to know by using the Code and the Specification. By taking this course you will be able to put the new Masonry Code into practice.
