OSHA Focus Four Now Available

New safety online education safety course

By Tim O’Toole

The Mason Contractors Association of America (MCAA) now offers the OSHA Focus Four online course through the MCAA Virtual University.

The OSHA Focus Four course provides an overview of construction-related “struck by” and “caught in between” hazards, fall protection, and electrical safety. “Struck by” and “caught in between” hazards, electrical hazards, and falls are the top four fatality causing events in the construction industry. This program is designed to educate workers in the construction industry to these specific hazards so they can prepare for them, avoid them, and ultimately help eliminate them from the job site.

Attendees of the OSHA Focus Four online course will receive four Certification credits in the Safety discipline.

A full list of online courses offered by the MCAA can be found online at www.masoncontractors.org/onlinetraining. To learn more about Certification, please visit certification.masoncontractors.org.
