The Hilti HIT-HY 150 MAX-SD is a fast-cure adhesive anchor system that meets the 2006 IBC cracked concrete performance tests, qualifying it for use in all seismic zones under the current IBC code. With a cure time of 30 minutes at 68°F, the system is ideal for installing threaded rods and rebar. Designed for installation of rebar in a variety of load-bearing applications, as well as anchoring applications with threaded rod such as steel columns and beams, machines and equipment and ledger angles, the HIT-HY 150 MAX-SD can be used in applications with 3/8-inch to one-inch diameter threaded rods or #3 through #8 rebar.
