ProSpec Names New Product Manager to Grow Concrete Flooring Preparation, Concrete Repair and Tile Installation Business

Kirk Kazienko has joined ProSpec, LLC as product manager.
ProSpec announced that Kirk Kazienko has joined the company as product manager. Kazienko will have market-development responsibilities for ProSpec's wide range of concrete flooring preparation, concrete repair and tile installation products.

"Kirk is a highly experienced marketing and sales executive with demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams of professionals to new levels of success in a highly competitive industry," Gil Seco, vice president and general manager - CP Division for Bonsal American, Inc.said. "He has an impressive track record of more than 12 years of hands-on experience in strategic planning, business unit development, product management and corporate sales strategies."

ProSpec is a brand of professionally specified building products for architects, engineers and commercial and residential construction contractors. Found in divisions 3, 4, 7 and 9 of the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI), ProSpec concrete repair and restoration, tile setting and flooring repair products are easily specified for a wide range of projects from stadiums and parking decks to condominiums and office complexes.

"I am truly excited to use my strengths of marketing and sales, product management and partnership development to help ProSpec continue to enhance its competitiveness, strengthen its customer service and increase its revenues," Kazienko said.

Previously Kazienko was product and sales manager for resilient, ceramic, natural stone and sundries products at CMH Space Flooring Products Inc. At CMH, he established critical partnerships with domestic and international suppliers to offer boldly designed, price-sensitive product lines while increasing profit margins and reducing inventory levels. He also facilitated new product development and product line extensions.

Kazienko graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from West Virginia University. He also participated in the industry's premier distribution-specific education program, which is the University of Industrial Distribution of Indiana University/Purdue University.
