The W780 4 1/2" angle grinder is ideal for grinding, cutting and deburring applications.
Metabo Corporation, a leading international manufacturer of professional grade portable electric power tools and abrasives for industrial, construction and welding applications, now offers the W780 4 1/2" angle grinder. This new angle grinder is ideal for grinding, cutting and deburring applications in the repair, maintenance and metalworking industries.

Weighing just 4.7 lbs, the W780 has a classic Metabo design that incorporates advanced ergonomics for user comfort and safety. Its slim motor housing and 15 degree offset side handle make this grinder easy to use for extended periods of time and in hard to reach places. The W780 features a side switch with lock on capability, auto-stop carbon brushes and a burst-proof wheel guard that meets the most current international standards.

The W780 features a robust 7.1 A motor with 780 watts of power, 14 inch-lbs of torque and a no-load speed of 11,000 rpm.

Standard equipment on the new grinder includes an inner flange, a face spanner and an outer nut. A Type 1 cut-off wheel guard, a carrying case and a variety of abrasives can be purchased separately.

As with all of Metabo's grinders, The W780 is covered by Metabo's XXL warranty. This free warranty covers extends the normal one year power tool warranty to three.
