Leadership High Payoff Activities will be held June 13, 2012 at 10:00 AM CDT.
The Mason Contractors Association of America (MCAA) will present Leadership High Payoff Activities on Wednesday, June 13, 2012, at 10:00 AM CDT.

Leadership High Payoff Activities (HPAs) are the top six activities a leader should spend 80% of time doing, to be most effective. This session will help the leader determine what their Leadership HPAs really are, and assist them in developing their own HPAs. Also looks at the foundational role HPAs play in communicating expectations and performance management.

This session will include brief pre-work (1-2 pages) for each participant, to provide better awareness and engagement. The course will be interactive, with questions to be answered by participants during the session. Participants will be asked if they want a follow-up call by us, to help provide accountability and to see their results. Based on this follow-up and participant results, an article will be developed for the association to use in newsletters and/or magazines.

Mason contractors registered for Masonry Certification will receive 1.00 credit in the ethics and business practices discipline upon completion of this course.

Register for Leadership High Payoff Activities.
