IPAF opens US membership office in Chicago area

Office will serve as North American call centre and fulfillment house

The International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) is pleased to announce the opening of a US membership office near Chicago in Glen Ellyn, IL as part of its investment in improving services to members across the US. This office is operated in partnership with CM Services, Inc. -The Association Partnership Company, and will complement the work being undertaken by Tony Groat, IPAF’s North American manager and American Work Platform Training (AWPT) executive vice-president.

“This investment in staff and facilities is part of IPAF’s ongoing commitment to provide the best possible services to its members across the US,” said IPAF CEO Tim Whiteman. “This is just one of several steps we are taking to ensure that we can provide a full service to US aerial rental companies, end-users and manufacturers.”

Staff at IPAF’s Chicago office will be working to increase membership in the United States, as well as promoting the outstanding education and training opportunities managed by IPAF throughout the world. They will also serve as the North American call centre and fulfillment house.

Rick Church

Mr. Church is the Head Coach of CM Services and works with a variety of different associations to help further their missions in the United States and throughout the world. Mr. Church can be contacted for general inquiries.

Matt Gibson

Mr. Gibson is a Senior Association Manager with CM Services and will be primarily working with IPAF on membership in the United States. Mr. Gibson has worked in the association industry for seven years, focusing on membership, social media and committee coordination and planning.

Mark Williamson

Mr. Williamson is an Association Coordinator with CM Services and will be the point person handling IPAF calls to the US office and fulfillment orders. Mr. Williamson has worked in the association industry of six years, focusing on customer service, order fulfillment, database management and website support.

Sara Wilson

Ms. Wilson is a Senior Association Manager with CM Services and will be working with IPAF on answering general inquiries and meeting planning. Ms. Wilson has worked in the association industry for seven years, and has extensive planning experience that includes board meetings, educational training programmes and trade shows.
