By

The Mason Contractors Association of America (MCAA) will present Turning Your Project Managers into Business Managers on Wednesday, April 23, 2014, at 10:00 AM CDT.

Although they need to have a solid foundation of technical knowledge, the most successful project managers also need to have developed strong management, leadership and business skills in order to execute projects profitably. • Proactively manage all aspects of the job utilizing innovative tools and leveraging relationships with key resources such as subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
  • Build long-term client relations through an understanding of marketing and business development concepts
Mason contractors registered for Masonry Certification will receive 1.00 credit in the Ethics and Business Practices discipline upon completion of this course.
