The Mason Contractors Association of America (MCAA) will present Legal and Illegal Payroll Deductions on Wednesday, June 11, 2014, at 10:00 AM CDT.

Wage and hour claims are on the rise. More employees are claiming their employers did not pay them properly. Some of these claims include allegations the employer made improper deductions from their wages. In this webinar, we will discuss lawful and unlawful deductions from salaries of hourly and salaried employees under federal law. Our discussion will include deductions for:
