The Mason Contractors Association of America (MCAA) will present OFCCP Compliance on Wednesday, August 27, 2014, at 10:00 AM CDT.

  • What laws are handled by the OFCCP?
  • What do those laws prohibit?
  • What are the OFCCP’s enforcement procedures?
  • What is an OFCCP audit?
  • Do all employers have to have an affirmative action plan?
  • What are the requirements for construction employers?
  • The 2014 Regulations—goals and benchmarks for the hiring of veterans and of disabled applicants
  • Technical Assistance Guides for Construction Contractors
