OFCCP Compliance webinar

Learn more about the OFCCP and its role in administering laws

By

The Mason Contractors Association of America (MCAA) will present OFCCP Compliance on Wednesday, August 27, 2014, at 10:00 AM CDT.

Government contractors and subcontractors face an additional set of hurdles imposed by federal laws, regulations and executive orders. Those hurdles are administered by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). Learn more about this federal agency and its role in administering laws, regulations and executive orders that affect construction employers. Our program will include discussion of:

  • What is the OFCCP
  • Jurisdiction over federal contractors and subcontractors
  • What laws are handled by the OFCCP?
  • What do those laws prohibit?
  • What are the OFCCP’s enforcement procedures?
  • What is an OFCCP audit?
  • Do all employers have to have an affirmative action plan?
  • What are the requirements for construction employers?
  • The 2014 Regulations—goals and benchmarks for the hiring of veterans and of disabled applicants
  • Technical Assistance Guides for Construction Contractors
