Masonry Quality Institute scheduled for June
Two-day course assists masons in evaluating their services
The North Carolina Masonry Contractors Association (NCMCA) will host the Masonry Quality Institute June 10-11, 2015 in Monroe, N.C.
Day-to-day operations leave little time to assess your policies and procedures. You want to ensure your company maintains the highest level of quality construction while earning maximum profits. How do you implement quality standards that are measurable and help increase profitability?
The Masonry Quality Institute (MQI) is a two-day course that assists masons in evaluating their services, meeting stringent customer expectations, and improving their profitability. The course agenda includes an introduction and discussion on the quality process, detailed implementations of basic principles of quality, and strategies for team building and problem solving.
The MQI is a required course for certification. Mason contractors registered for Masonry Certification will receive 16.00 credits in the MQI discipline upon completion of this course to fulfill the MQI requirement.
