Obstacles to effective leadership

By

The Mason Contractors Association of America (MCAA) will present What Leaders Should be Doing Now – Growing Their People and Business on Wednesday, May 27, 2015, at 10:00 AM CDT.

This interactive webinar helps leaders determine their often overlooked priorities for good leadership, ensuring their personal and company growth. It then outlines how to practically implement these things in their work.

The session reviews obstacles to effective leadership, and provides specific, individual tools and activities for participants to take back and implement with their people.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Identify a leader’s High Payoff Activities and signs of ineffective leadership.
  2. Learn seven things a leader needs in place, for every employee to perform at a high level, and identify one tool to begin implementing over the next 30 days.
  3. Discover how each leader can free up at least 30 minutes a day to allow time for new idea implementation.
This webinar is free to all attendees. Register for What Leaders Should be Doing Now – Growing Their People and Business at www.masoncontractors.org/live.
