Effectively Developing the Next Generation webinar

Understanding generational tendencies

By

The Mason Contractors Association of America (MCAA) will present “Effectively Developing the Next Generation” on Wednesday, March 30, 2016, at 10:00 AM CDT.

As your organization is looking to move forward, does the next generation have what is needed to be effective? This interactive session will provide an awareness of generational issues, and the challenges around leading and developing people properly, so they may step effectively into increased responsibilities. It also looks at the impact to a company from having people in positions without proper development.

This webinar will help attendees:

  1. Learn about generational tendencies and harmful generational myths, and how to identify and enhance individual strengths.
  2. Learn how to identify skill gaps using High Payoff Activities.
  3. Practice creating effective Motivation Plans and Training Plans (using these time-tested planning tools).
Mason contractors registered for Masonry Certification will receive 1.00 credits in the Ethics and Business Practices discipline upon completion of this course.

This webinar is free to all attendees. Register for “Effectively Developing the Next Generation” at www.masoncontractors.org/live.

Visit www.masoncontractors.org/live for more information and to view a full schedule of MCAA’s Live Webinar Series.
