Useful tips and insights into effective communication

By

The Mason Contractors Association of America (MCAA) will present “Effective Communication and the Four Styles” on Wednesday, April 5, 2017, at 10:00 AM CDT, sponsored by J. Construction Company.

Better communication is one of those issues that almost always is a “wish list” item. Have you ever wondered why miscommunication often happens in communicating with certain people? This one hour webinar gives useful tips and insights into effective communication. It will also explore the four communication styles people use, and how to best communicate with each style.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Learn the #1 communication problem that needs to be overcome.
  2. Learn how to prioritize and schedule your communication proactively. Gain useful insights to communicate various things more effectively; job expectations, speaking with your boss, direct reports, peers, vendors and customers.
  3. Have an awareness of the four basic personality styles and how to communicate effectively with each of them.
Mason contractors registered for Masonry Certification will receive 1.00 credits in the Ethics & Business Practices discipline upon completion of this course.

This webinar is free to all attendees. Register for “Effective Communication and the Four Styles” at www.masoncontractors.org/live.
