Growing the Masonry Workforce

MCAA is active in providing information on careers in masonry to students and parents. We provide free information to high schools on careers available in the masonry industry and an online database of training programs. The MCAA supports local training programs by assisting to expand their efforts and providing superior masonry training manuals.

Also, we support the establishment of both pre-apprentice and apprenticeship programs. Our two skills events, Fastest Trowel and Masonry Skills Challenge, are recognized for their promotion of quality masonry skills training.
