MCAA Constitution & By-Laws
That we, engaged in the Masonry Construction Industry and being desirous of associating ourselves together in order to promote and encourage greater cooperation between employers and employees, to promote the general welfare of all, to protect and advance our industry, to promote and encourage a better understanding, friendship and closer relationship among ourselves and our employees, to encourage and aid in the education of apprentices in our industry, to the end that conditions in our industry become stabilized and made more uniform in practice, thereby creating greater effectiveness in the industry, do now adopt, declare and establish this Constitution for our said organization and as declaratory of its purpose.

MCAA Long Range Strategic Plan
On September 15th and 16th, 2000, a planning group consisting of staff and the Board of the Mason Contractors Association of America (MCAA) met to complete the process of developing a strategic long-range plan and amended the plan at the MCAA Annual Meeting on February 22, 2001. Jean Frankel, Principal Partner of Tecker Consultants, LLC (TC), led the group in the process. During the session, the group engaged in dialogue and deliberation, which yielded a number of insights that were refined in an offline review of their work. The framework used was a model of strategic judgments organized into four time related horizons.

MCAA Whistleblower Policy
The purpose of this policy is to provide all Mason Contractors Association of America Board members, committee members and staff with guidelines for the reporting of unethical or illegal behavior by MCAA Board members, committee members, or staff.
