Howard M. Kastrinsky is a Partner in King & Ballow and is the Head of the firm's Employment and Discrimination Section.
Mr. Kastrinsky received his undergraduate degree from Cornell University and his law degree from the University of North Carolina, where he graduated with honors. He was a member of the University of North Carolina Law Review and Order of the Coif. Mr. Kastrinsky is a former trial attorney for the National Labor Relations Board.
Mr. Kastrinsky regularly speaks on subjects including discrimination laws, the Family & Medical Leave Act, Wage and Hour Law, sexual harassment and union organizing. He has written several publications for King & Ballow on the Family & Medical Leave Act, National Labor Relations Board procedures, and the National Labor Relations Act. Mr. Kastrinsky is a Contributing Editor to The Developing Labor Law and a contributor to Employment Relations Today and to InsideCounsel.com.
