Now that your Leadership HPAs are in place, what about your team? This session will give participants an awareness of how to use HPAs to set and communicate expectations with their team. Looks at the role HPAs can play in making job descriptions, employee scorecards and performance reviews highly effective and empowering.
This session will include brief pre-work (1-2 pages) for each participant, to provide better awareness and engagement. The course will be interactive, with questions to be answered by participants during the session. Participants will be asked if they want a follow-up call by us, to help provide accountability and to see their results. Based on this follow-up and participant results, an article will be developed for the association to use in newsletters and/or magazines.
