Project Description

The Harvard Estate, adjacent to the Harvard-Belmont Historic District on Capital Hill, features eight elegant town homes and 24 distinctive condominium residences in twin brick buildings. The structures are designed to respect and fit into the context of the historic neighborhood. Our design utilized quality building materials, such as concrete, steel, brick, and granite, plus appropriate architectural detailing and formal landscaping that would be favorably received by this unique neighborhood. Brick in particular was selected to exude warmth, elegance and lasting beauty.

The entire project was designed to instill the feeling of a grand residential estate. Enclosed within brick walls, the interiors and exteriors feature classic detailing; behind the facades the buildings are thoroughly modern, from the structure to the state-of-the-art electronic systems.
