Donald Harvey, P.E. is Associate Vice President at Atkinson-Noland & Associates in Boulder, Colorado, a consulting engineering firm specializing in evaluation and repair of masonry structures. Mr. Harvey received a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Texas at Austin in Architectural Engineering and Master of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. He has authored several papers relating to the nondestructive evaluation of structures, masonry material testing, and evaluation methods for existing buildings, and he serves on several ASTM committees related to masonry.
