We're on a Roll

Seven more states are almost completely sponsored in the High School Recruitment Campaign, thanks to many local associations, member contributions, and generous supplier support. Almost 90 schools in Connecticut, Georgia, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Maryland, North Carolina and New Mexico will be shipped their introductory "Check Out a Career in Masonry" kits by the end of the month, or sooner.

Excitement is building within the industry about this program. Melissa Polivka, Director of Workforce Development, has been approached by multiple national masonry suppliers who may be sponsoring large numbers of the just under 800 remaining schools. Everyday, suppliers tell Polivka how important this campaign is for the industry, and how glad they are that someone has taken the lead. The effects of this effort are snowballing- stay tuned for more good news to come!
