Specializing in architectural maintenance and restoration, Masonry Preservation Services, Inc. (MPS) is celebrating its 25-year anniversary. MPS services include facade repair, masonry preservation, and building envelope diagnostics.
“Our success for the past 25 years has been built on our commitment to the core principles of tradition, technology, and integrity,” says MPS co-founder Jeff Erdly, chief executive officer. “We’re proud of and take very seriously our efforts to maintain and restore America’s architectural heritage for the long term.”
The first MPS project was a simple office building and projects have since grown to include such landmarks and award-winning projects as Frank Lloyd Wright’s Fallingwater, the Pennsylvania State Capitol Building, Baltimore’s Harbor Court Complex, F.M. Kirby Center for the Performing Arts (Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania), and Winston-Salem’s Reynolds Building.
“We offer an unrivaled level of craftsmanship and full in-house capabilities that ensure value at every stage of a project,” says MPS vice president Erik Valentino. “We can handle the most difficult and complex building facade failure, deterioration, and age-induced lifecycle decline."
