Convention registrations reservations must be made through the MCAA registration website in order to receive MCAA member discounts and register for MCAA events.
The MCAA Convention attendees will enjoy accommodations at the Wynn Las Vegas Resort. Hotel reservations will be available in the next few days.

Golf Summerlin
The first annual World of Concrete and Masonry Celebrity Golf Outing will be held on Monday, January 23, 2012 at Golf Summerlin, home of Highland Falls, Palm Valley and Eagle Crest golf courses.
All participants will have the opportunity to play at least three holes with our various celebrity guests. The19th Hole Reception will be held at the course’s banquet facilities at the conclusion of the tournament where our celebrity guests will be on hand to mingle, take photos, and sign autographs.
You will not want to miss this unique golf experience!
Maggiano’s Little Italy
Join the Mason Contractors Association of America at Maggiano’s Little Italy to kick off the start of the 2012 MCAA Convention at the World of Concrete/World of Masonry in Las Vegas. A special guest speaker will join us to give a brief summary of what we can expect on the political landscape in 2012.
Pete’s Dueling Piano Bar
Join the MCAA’s South of 40 Committee for a sing along, clap along, drink
along, one helluva good time! One thing we can promise you is that a visit to Pete’s will result in a night of extreme singing, clapping, and laughing. A-list piano players take the stage baby grand pianos to perform all your favorite hits from every era imaginable including Elvis, Eminem, Neil Diamond, AC/DC, Billy Joel, Dave Matthews, Bon Jovi, Blink-182, Beastie Boys, The Beatles, and much, much more!
Proceeds from this event will benefit the MCAA Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, and will be distributed to programs that help support masonry education and training.
Las Vegas Convention Center, Gold Lot
The Fastest Trowel on the Block Competition is a showcase of industry craftsmanship and a testament of both the speed and skill of our industry’s workforce.
Each contestant’s goal is to complete as much of an 18-blocklong wall as possible, using 8”x8”x16” CMU and the provided mortar in a twenty-minute heat. Contestants must have a high degree of workmanship using normal masonry practices and hand tools.
Winners of the contest will take home thousands in cash and prizes!

The MCAA Convention at the World of Concrete/World of Masonry in Las Vegas closes with a special dinner at Ruth’s Chris Steak House. We’ll say goodbye to outgoing MCAA President, Mackie Bounds, and welcome in John Smith as the new President of the MCAA.
