Miss a webinar? Not a problem! The Mason Contractors Association of America (MCAA) now offers on demand recordings of courses from the popular Live Webinar Series.

More than one dozen recordings of webinars are available for purchase including:

Introduction to BIM and Water Resistant Masonry
In this hour webinar, attendess will learn about the origins of BIM, how it is being used in the construction industry today, the benefits of BIM (what's in it for me) and making the transition from traditional CAD (or hand drafting) to BIM. The webinar will be open to questions and answers at the conclusion of the presentation.

Quality Assurance for Masonry
Quality assurance for masonry can be used to improve life safety, performance, aesthetics, and internal control of a job. It may also require special inspection. In this course, the basics of quality assurance for masonry are reviewed, with emphasis on the actions that contractors and others are required to take in a typical model-code environment.

Water Resistant Masonry
Dealing with moisture problems in masonry walls is not easy, and finding the source of leaks in a masonry wall is tricky. In this seminar we will talk about the different conditions that can lead to leaks and what we can do to keep water out of our walls. Attendees will learn about different water tests that are used to track down the cause of leaks, and how to use the results of tests to plan repairs. Especially important will be discussion of design details that can cause or prevent water problems in walls.

Visit the Education On Demand section of the MCAA Bookstore to browse the current selection of on demand webinars. But hurry! These webinars are only available for a limited time.
