NDT Concrete Testing Instrument

NDT Concrete Testing Instrument
NDT Concrete Testing Instrument
Proceq USA has released the Handy Search high-resolution, deep-sensing instrument for non-destructive testing of concrete. Handy Search will become part of Proceq’s comprehensive line of concrete testing equipment and will address specifically the need for deeper sensing of rebars and other metallic and non-metallic objects in concrete structures. The instrument uses radar technology by radiating electromagnetic waves through a concrete surface and catching reflected waves from embedded objects. This allows the object location and depth to be recorded and displayed as image data on the device or through a PC interface.
