Grace announces price increases
Prices increase for North American concrete and masonry admixtures

Grace Construction Products, an operating segment of W. R. Grace & Co. (NYSE: GRA), announces price increases ranging from 5% to 15% across North American concrete and masonry product lines effective January 1, 2013.
These price increases are required due to supply/demand imbalances for certain chemical streams, which have put pressure on the cost and availability of raw materials used in these product lines.
