Monitor, Manage and Maximize Change Orders webinar

Solutions and strategies for managing the change order process

By

The Mason Contractors Association of America (MCAA) will present Monitor, Manage and Maximize Change Orders on Monday, March 25, 2013, at 10:00 AM CDT.

Managing the change order process is part of every project. Learn solutions and strategies for documenting, tracking, presenting, proving, negotiating, administering, submitting, and processing requests for valid change orders, extra work, claims, and additional time on construction projects.

Implement systems and procedures to reduce claims, minimize conflicts, mitigate disputes, and get paid for all additional costs including: scope changes, differing conditions, incomplete plans, time extensions, acceleration, delays, bad weather, general conditions, administration, and mark-up.

Includes examples of change order requests, cost estimating templates, letters, notices, RFIs, tracking logs, extra work orders, and standard rate schedules.

Mason contractors registered for Masonry Certification will receive 1.00 credits in the Ethics and Business Practices discipline upon completion of this course.
