The Mason Contractors Association of America (MCAA) will present Non-destructive Test Methods for Evaluating Structures on Wednesday, May 29, 2013, at 10:00 AM CDT.

This program presents a wide variety of nondestructive test (NDT) methods and is intended as an “Introduction to Nondestructive Evaluation” course. The attendee will be familiarized with many test methods, the basic principles of the methods, and their applications in the field.

At the end of the course, the participants will:

  • Be familiar with several forms of NDE
  • Be able to understand the basic theory of the methods
  • Be able to know what conditions the methods can be used to verify
  • Be able to identify what types of results/information can and cannot be determined through NDE
Mason contractors registered for Masonry Certification will receive 1.00 credits in the Codes and Standards discipline upon completion of this course.
