Milwaukee® keeps hands warm with new heated gear
New hand warmers feature two carbon fiber heating elements
By Milwaukee Electric Tool Corporation
Milwaukee Tool Corporation continues to expand their line of M12™ Heated Gear with the introduction of the M12™ Heated Hand Warmers. Ideal for a variety of winter jobsite and lifestyle applications where gloves can be cumbersome or get in the way, the new M12™ Heated Hand Warmers will be available in both black (2322) and Realtree Xtra™ Camouflage (2321).
“In below-freezing temperatures, an ungloved hand can lose 50% of its strength and dexterity within just 5 minutes of exposure,” says Steve Matson, Product Marketing for Milwaukee Tool Corporation. “The new hand warmer is an innovative solution that gives our users the ability to stay warm and maintain productivity without the inconvenience of having to remove gloves or mittens.”
Powered by M12™ REDLITHIUM™ battery technology, the new hand warmers feature two carbon fiber heating elements to actively heat hands for up to 6 hours and are compatible with the entire M12™ System, now offering over 50 cordless Lithium-Ion products. This durable heating element can be set to high, medium, or low with a simple touch of a button located inside the external pocket.
Water and wind resistant, the new Heated Hand Warmers feature a dual-cuff form with wind proof seal and thermal knit fleece inner lining to provide superior heat retention in even the coldest months. For added convenience, an adjustable strap securely holds the unit around the user’s waist, and an external pocket provides a convenient place to carry personal items such as keys or a cell phone.
The new M12™ Heated Hand Warmers are a true testament to Milwaukee’s focus on the user and investing in game changing technology. Milwaukee will continue to offer innovative solutions in power, productivity and performance.
