Recent Trends in OSHA Safety Forum

Are You Ready for the 2014 Construction Season?

By

The MCAA Safety Committee will host the next open Safety Forum webinar on Recent Trends in OSHA on Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at 3:00 PM CDT.

There have been many recent changes to OSHA regulations, and as a mason contractor, you need to be prepared.

This program will cover:

  • What to do if OSHA stops on-site
  • Which hazards / regulations is OSHA focusing on
  • What’s on OSHA agenda for 2014
At the conclusion of the presentation, the forum will be open to all MCAA members to discuss safety related issues. Has OSHA cited you for an issue? Do you have a safety question for others in the industry? Do you have a question on procedure? The sky is the limit on topics for discussion related to safety and if you have them we strongly encourage you to take advantage of this unique opportunity to tap into safety experts from around the country to openly ask questions. When it comes to safety, no question is silly or unreasonable.

It will also be a great opportunity to share safety ideas you have and share things you do as a company to enhance your safety. The sharing of information is extremely important and it is also important to track trends in safety and enforcement.

The meeting is free to all MCAA members. Mason contractors registered for Masonry Certification will receive 1.00 credits in the Safety discipline upon completion of this course.

Register for the Safety Forum webinar online at www.masoncontractors.org/safety/forum.
