Understanding Labor Cost, Productivity and Efficiency webinar

Determine the cost of your field labor

By

The Mason Contractors Association of America (MCAA) will present Understanding Labor Cost, Productivity and Efficiency on Wednesday, July 23, 2014, at 10:00 AM CDT.

Do you really know how much it costs to do the work that you do? First you create estimates to sell jobs and then you must track the costs of the jobs to know if you made a profit. And you should be able to compare these on an apples-to-apples basis. This session will also help you determine the cost of your field labor, including an adjustment for labor efficiency, so you can price jobs correctly.

Session Objectives:

  1. Determine all costs that should be included in a fully burdened labor rate
  2. Uncover direct job costs hiding in your overhead costs
  3. Learn how to utilize this information to determine your billing rates
Mason contractors registered for Masonry Certification will receive 1.00 credits in the Bidding Practices discipline upon completion of this course.
