The Mason Contractors Association of America (MCAA) will present OFCCP Compliance on Wednesday, August 27, 2014, at 10:00 AM CDT.

Government contractors and subcontractors face an additional set of hurdles imposed by federal laws, regulations and executive orders. Those hurdles are administered by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). Learn more about this federal agency and its role in administering laws, regulations and executive orders that affect construction employers. Our program will include discussion of:

He has written several publications for King & Ballow on the Family & Medical Leave Act, National Labor Relations Board procedures, and the National Labor Relations Act. Mr. Kastrinsky is a Contributing Editor to The Developing Labor Law and a contributor to Employment Relations Today and to Mr. Kastrinsky's practice concentrates in all phases of employment and labor law.
