Practical Steps to Creating a Productive Company Culture webinar

Obstacles to effective leadership

By

The Mason Contractors Association of America (MCAA) will present Practical Steps to Creating a Productive Company Culture on Wednesday, June 17, 2015, at 10:00 AM CDT.

Unengaged and unproductive employees cause a huge drain on resources. Even good people can be less productive when an effective company culture is not in place. Typically the reasons employees do not perform at the desired level are they are not clear what the leader wants, why it is important, how to do it, or the motivation is not strong enough.

This interactive webinar gives an overview and awareness of these cultural challenges, and then shows how to focus on the things that mater most, in order to get a more productive atmosphere in place.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Provide an overview of how to really engage employees in company goals.
  2. Understand how to effectively define and use employee performance measurements – motivate instead of demotivate!
  3. Learn practical motivation principles including using the Motivation Plan to provide effectual feedback and coaching, and learn how to properly provide development & training using the Training Plan tool.
This webinar is free to all attendees. Register for Practical Steps to Creating a Productive Company Culture at www.masoncontractors.org/live.
