The Hilti Breaker TE 1000-AVR, when used with the new Wave chisel TE-SP, is breaking new ground in performance and comfort. The TE 1000-AVR Breaker features HiDrive technology, which helps deliver 19 foot-pounds of impact energy for outstanding demolition performance and productivity. It features a Power Reduction Switch for up to 30 percent less impact for precision work. An SR motor helps ensure stable performance with power fluctuations from generators or extension cords, while a three-chamber sealing principle provides contractors with a longer lifetime of their tool, for fewer breakdowns.

Blastcrete Equipment Co. has upgraded its 2,200-pound-capacity Pan Mixer for greater efficiency, easier maintenance and faster mixing speeds. The company designed the 2200 Pan Mixer specifically for refractory installations and manufacturing precast refractory shapes. It can mix up to 1 metric ton of refractory castable in two minutes or less. The mixer can be used for dry blending materials before water is added. The unit’s maximum mixing speed went from 30 to 45 rpm, which reduces mixing times from five minutes to two minutes or less.

The pro-grade tub is manufactured from a medium density polyethylene, which is UV stabilized for added durability and longer life. The interior of this Bon mortar tub features a twin-formed, non-stick surface. Rolled edges on the top of the tub add extra strength to the product.
