The Mason Contractors Association of America (MCAA) will present “Effective Delegation in Action” on Wednesday, June 1, 2016, at 10:00 AM CDT.
Effective delegation multiplies a leader’s efforts and fees up their time to focus on the things that will bring the company the most profit! This session helps leaders determine their often overlooked priorities for good leadership, ensuring their personal and company growth, as well as their people's (a win-win-win). It then outlines how to practically implement these things in their work. The session reviews obstacles to effective delegation, and provides specific, individual tools and activities for participants to take back and implement with their people.
This webinar will help attendees:
- Identify a leader’s High Payoff Activities, learn the signs of ineffective leadership and delegation and how much this is costing you.
- Identify the things that need delegating the most in your individual position and complete a delegation Plan (which guides the process for truly effective delegation) for at least one key task to another person - to implement immediately on the job.
- Learn how to stay focused on the true priorities for your job that bring the most impact and ROI.
