BIM Coordination for Masonry Webinar

How masonry coordination actually works

By

The Mason Contractors Association of America (MCAA) will present “BIM Coordination for Masonry” on Wednesday, April 12, 2017, at 10:00 AM CDT.

The presentation will discuss the rise of full coordination for masonry and the impact it is having on the construction process. We will discuss new solutions in the market for architects and engineers to design with masonry coordination in mind. We will also conduct a few case studies on how masonry coordination actually works. We will demonstrate full underslab coordination, structural bond beam clash detection, bond layout optimization and other benefits.

Coordination for masonry can be a contractual obligation or a voluntary service introduced by the contractor, but either way all contractors should be aware of this emerging technology.

Mason contractors registered for Masonry Certification will receive 1.00 credits in the General discipline upon completion of this course.

This webinar is free to all attendees. Register for “BIM Coordination for Masonry” at www.masoncontractors.org/live.
