Succession Planning and Leadership Development Webinar

Competencies required for growth and success

By

The Mason Contractors Association of America (MCAA) will present “Succession Planning and Leadership Development” on Wednesday, May 24, 2017, at 10:00 AM CDT.

Every business has current leadership competencies that are driving its success. As leaders prepare to retire, a careful analysis of these competencies and the specific requirements for future success are needed. This process takes time and careful planning in order to avoid a succession gap. With Baby Boomers preparing to step down, and Gen X and Millennials becoming leaders, what changes will be needed?

What leadership competences are making the business work well now? What is the business lacking? What leadership competencies are required for growth and future success as leadership changes?

This webinar will examine these questions, and provide practical applications for planning well for the future.

Mason contractors registered for Masonry Certification will receive 1.00 credits in the Ethics & Business Practices discipline upon completion of this course.

This webinar is free to all attendees. Register for “Succession Planning and Leadership Development” at www.masoncontractors.org/live.
