The Mason Contractors Association of America (MCAA) will present “Masonry Solutions for Meeting Today’s Energy Codes” on Wednesday, June 14, 2017, at 10:00 AM CDT, sponsored by Amerimix.

This presentation will:

  1. Explain why energy codes are important to the building industry and how they have affected the built environment over time.
  2. Discuss the prevailing energy codes and how they work together to achieve increasingly stringent energy objectives.
  3. Identify the characteristics of a code-compliant, high-performance wall.
  4. Describe the ways in which masonry wall systems can work to meet code and result in other efficiencies.
Mason contractors registered for Masonry Certification will receive 1.00 credits in the Masonry Products discipline upon completion of this course.
