Excellence in Selling Webinar

The 4 pillars of selling excellence

By

The Mason Contractors Association of America (MCAA) will present “Excellence in Selling” on Wednesday, August 9, 2017, at 10:00 AM CDT, sponsored by J. Construction Company.

Almost everyone has some responsibility to persuasively share ideas and exchange information with others. I call this selling. Selling actually has a bad rap because most people don't really know what it is when done well and many sales people are just impossible to stomach because they are pushy, self-centered or product centered and some also come across as arrogant.

Excellence in selling is about the 4 pillars of selling excellence. First, what is selling? Let's align around what it truly is when done by a true customer focused professional. Second let's learn how to get people to want to listen to what we are proposing. Thirdly we will learn how to get people to think differently. If we don't think differently we don't act differently. And lastly how to get we get others to act...because THEY want to. That is excellence in selling.

Mason contractors registered for Masonry Certification will receive 1.00 credits in the Ethics & Business Practices discipline upon completion of this course.

This webinar is free to all attendees. Register for “Excellence in Selling” at www.masoncontractors.org/live.
