Technology for the Jobsite: Finding the Right Tech Tools for Your Project Team Webinar

Determine what tools project teams should be using

By

The Mason Contractors Association of America (MCAA) will present “Technology for the Jobsite: Finding the Right Tech Tools for Your Project Team” on Wednesday, November 1, 2017, at 10:00 AM CST.

It seems like new software, apps and gadgets are introduced to construction project teams every day. So how do you decide which tools are going to help you and your team become more efficient? And more than that, how do you get tech resistant team members to actually use new tools?

FieldLens CEO and construction technology expert Doug Chambers discusses how to identify the right tools for your team and provides simple solutions for adopting technologies that will improve efficiency. In addition, Doug will present strategies for helping bridge the gap between tech savvy millennials and veteran, experienced project team members to ensure the strengths of both groups contribute to the effectiveness of your workforce.

This discussion will cover:

  • How to determine what tools project teams should be using
  • Best practices for introducing tech tools (gadgets, software, apps) to tech resistant members of your project team
  • How to bridge the gap between inexperienced millennials who want to use advanced technology and experienced members of your team who are resisting new tech tools but have extremely valuable on-the-job experience - teaching them to find value in each other
  • How to attract and retain millennials and grow your workforce
Mason contractors registered for Masonry Certification will receive 1.00 credits in the Ethics and Business Practices discipline upon completion of this course.

This webinar is free to all attendees. Register for “Technology for the Jobsite: Finding the Right Tech Tools for Your Project Team” at www.masoncontractors.org/live.
