Obstacles to Leadership High Payoff Activities Webinar

Tips and insights to avoid hindrances

By

The Mason Contractors Association of America (MCAA) will present “Obstacles to Leadership High Payoff Activities” on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at 10:00 AM CST.

This session provides an awareness of things that keep a leader from spending time in their HPAs, and therefore becoming a more effective leader. Provides tips and insights, and proactive scheduling methods, to address many of these hindrances.

This session will include brief pre-work (1-2 pages) for each participant, to provide better awareness and engagement. The course will be interactive, with questions to be answered by participants during the session. Participants will be asked if they want a follow-up call by us, to help provide accountability and to see their results. Based on this follow-up and participant results, an article will be developed for the association to use in newsletters and/or magazines.

Mason contractors registered for Masonry Certification will receive 1.00 credits in the Ethics & Business Practices discipline upon completion of this course.

This webinar is free to all attendees. Register for “Obstacles to Leadership High Payoff Activities” at www.masoncontractors.org/live.
